Pressenda, Giovanni Francesco - Turin 1830



G. F. Pressenda (1777-1854) freely adapted a Stradivari model and added numerous personal touches that distinguish his work: a particularly broad and darkened chamfer around the scroll profile, a brilliant orange red varnish and softly finished soundholes.
