As Covid restrictions begin to ease in New Mexico, we are pleased to welcome you back into our shop! We now offer in-store or curbside pickup and delivery of music, strings, accessories, and repairs/bow rehair. You may arrange for these items in advance or on site when you arrive. We are currently showing instruments in the shop. Appointments are suggested; please call or email to schedule a time with a member of our sales staff. We limit each party to 2, depending on the number of clients already in the shop, and ask that you wear masks.
We are shipping instruments and bows for purchase and on approval as well as all accessories and sheet music. Items in need of repair, restoration, or rehair may also be shipped to us. Please call or email to discuss your instrument or bow needs and to place an order.
Every instrument and bow is carefully prepared before it is shown or leaves our shop. Touch surfaces (fingerboards, necks, strings, pegs, chinrests, tailpieces, frogs) are sanitized before shipment as well as zipper pulls, latches and bow spinners in cases. Incoming shipments to Robertson & Sons are subjected to the same precautionary measures.
